*Works to rescue dogs from high kill shelters and terrible situations of neglect or abuse.
*Provides assistance to improve the lives of members of our heroic Veteran community suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
*Offers a Seniors adoption program in which Seniors may adopt an older rescue for a significant reduction in the adoption fee.
*Commits to not only ending the dog meat trade, but also to providing long-term care and medical attention to the dogs who have survived it.

who we are and what we believe
Dawn: Owner & PROFESSIONAL GROOMER
Prior to becoming a licensed and insured professional groomer, as a former elementary school principal, I witnessed more and more children entering our schools with trauma-based backgrounds and special needs in need of support and unconditional love. There is nothing like a child’s smile when their furry friend comes up and licks them on the face or sits by their side to listen to them read. It is a priceless picture, memory and life changing moment the child, family and friends alike will always cherish and hold close to their heart.

As an honorably retired U.S. Army Special Forces Combat Veteran, I have experienced and witnessed firsthand the importance service dogs play in support of our servicemen and women, veterans, and first responders responsible for the safety, security and defense of our country.
Together
Our love and passion for our furry friends and experiences from our backgrounds over the years have continued to grow and remind us of the importance dogs play in the lives of servicemen and women, first responders, children who have experienced traumatic events in their lives and children and individuals with special needs.
With this in mind we decided one way for us to give back to our country and community is to donate to the above Foundations.
